4. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
Millennial Networks LLC operates SMS/text messaging programs registered through The Campaign Registry (TCR) in accordance with FCC rules, the TCPA, and CTIA guidelines. These include the Millennial Networks Sunday Brunch Brief & Bill Reminders program, a weekly household finance summary and occasional bill-due reminders sent to the company owner and household members he has invited.
What we collect. When you opt in (on our SMS opt-in page at https://millennialnetworks.com/sms-opt-in or by texting START to +1 (239) 977-5978), we collect your mobile phone number, your name if provided, and a record of your consent: the date, time, method, and the disclosure you agreed to.
How we use it. We use your mobile number and consent record only to send the messages you asked for, to respond to HELP requests, and to honor opt-outs.
No sharing or selling. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that are strictly necessary to deliver the messages, such as our messaging platform (Twilio), aggregators, and wireless carriers. They may not use it for any other purpose.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies, typically 1-3 messages per week. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact privacy@millennialnetworks.com or 787-945-2260.
Retention. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance, then delete them.

5. HIPAA & Protected Health Information
When we act as a Business Associate to a covered entity, we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA, the HITECH Act, and the terms of the applicable Business Associate Agreement. We do not use PHI for marketing.
