    Millennial Networks operates SMS/text messaging programs that have been registered through The Campaign Registry (TCR) and submitted in accordance with FCC and CTIA guidelines. Mobile phone numbers and consent records collected for SMS programs are used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and related customer-care communications.

    We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information may only be shared with service providers strictly necessary to deliver the SMS messages (for example, our messaging platform and carriers).

    5. HIPAA & Protected Health Information

    When we act as a Business Associate to a covered entity, we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA, the HITECH Act, and the terms of the applicable Business Associate Agreement. We do not use PHI for marketing.
