By accessing or using the websites, services, or SMS programs operated by Millennial Networks ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights, including HIPAA where applicable.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites and within our services — including software, text, graphics, logos, and the MediBOT platform — is owned by or licensed to Millennial Networks and protected by intellectual property laws.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Millennial Networks operates SMS messaging programs that have been registered through The Campaign Registry (TCR) and submitted in compliance with FCC rules, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices.
4.1 Program Description
We send SMS messages for purposes including, but not limited to: appointment and service notifications, account and support alerts, healthcare workflow updates from MediBOT, and periodic informational or promotional messages from Millennial Networks to recipients who have opted in.
4.2 Opt-In / Consent
By providing your mobile phone number through one of our opt-in channels — including web forms, written agreements, verbal confirmation captured by our team, or by texting a keyword such as JOIN or START to a Millennial Networks short code or long code — you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Millennial Networks at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
4.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the program you opted into.
4.4 Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan; Millennial Networks is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
4.5 Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message, after which no additional messages will be sent. You may also opt out by emailing corp@mnetpr.com.

4.7 Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may only be shared with subprocessors strictly required to deliver the messages (messaging platform, aggregators, and carriers). See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millennial Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Millennial Networks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Millennial Networks maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
